Step-by-Step Guide to Register on the TradelyX Mobile App

Welcome to TradelyX! Follow this simple step-by-step guide to register on our app and start trading efficiently.

1. • Download the App
   • Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store, search for "Tradely X" and tap "Install"
   • Apple App Store: Open the Apple App Store, search for "Tradely X" and tap "Get"
2. • Open the App
   • Once installed, open the TradelyX app on your device.
   • You will be greeted with welcome screens.
3. • Log In or Sign Up
   • If you already have an account:
   • Tap "Log In."
   • Enter your verified email address and password.
   • Tap "Log In" to access the platform.
   • If you are new to Tradely X:
   • Tap "Sign Up"
   • You will be presented with a registration form.
4. • Fill Out the Registration Form
   • Complete the following fields: Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Password, Confirm Password, Read and accept TradelyX’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
   • Tap the "Register" button.
5. • Verify Your Email
   • A 6-digit OTP will be sent to the email address you provided.
   • Enter the OTP in the provided fields.
   • Tap "Verify."
   • If you do not receive the OTP within a few seconds, tap "Resend Code" to request a new OTP.
6. • Log In to Your Account
   • After verification, you will be redirected to the Sign-In screen.
   • Enter your verified email address and password.
   • Tap "Log In"
7. • Choose Your Role
   • Select if you are signing in as a “Buyer” or a “Seller” to tailor your experience.
8. • Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) Form - Fill in the appropriate information
   • Personal Information
   • Identity Verification
   • Business Information
9. • Submit Your KYC Form
   • Read and accept Tradely X’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
   • Tap the "Submit" button.
   • Wait for your business to be verified. Verification takes about 72 hours.
10. • Confirmation
    • You will receive an account confirmation email once your business is verified.
    • You will receive an email with further instructions if any details cannot be verified.
